NXT Grounds

Opportunity beyond the field

Paid jobs for students caring for Wayne Sports Park. Participants earn income and build real skills while making the fields better for everyone.

About the program

Local jobs, beautiful fields

NXT Grounds creates local employment opportunities while maintaining and beautifying Wayne Sports Park, home of Next 11 Academy and a gathering place for the Westside community where Tamba and Lauren grew up.

Through hands-on landscaping and groundskeeping, participants earn income and develop valuable skills. For many of our players, a grounds job helps cover their own player fees.
